Welcome to the VerifyThatName site. We provide an information service to those that need to check the credentials of customers so that they can be in compliance with the Treasury Department. The rules of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) require you to verify that a customer is not on OFAC's list of people that are suspected of terrorist activities.

Our server will always be up to date with the latest OFAC list so you won't have to worry about that.

Our service costs $25.00 per year; when you register you will be sent a password to access the site and that access will be good for unlimited uses within a year from the date of signing up. We trust you to pay for the service within one week of receiving your password. Directions on payment are printed below.

While we trust you to pay after you are actually able to access the site. We will put you on a non-access status if you forget to send the payment within the required length of time. (Plus mailing delay time of course, let us say two weeks max.) Look on it as a free trial. By keeping this as simple as possible we are able to keep the price down to a maintence level. Remember, your cost is tax deductable business expense.
